Do you charge for estimates?
No. Estimates are free, and there is no travel fee for a scheduled estimate anywhere in the five boroughs. For emergency calls the plumber diagnoses on-site and gives you a written price before starting the repair.
Do you work nights, weekends and holidays?
Yes. Emergency plumbing runs 24 hours a day, every day. Scheduled work is booked Monday through Saturday, and after-hours scheduled work can be arranged for restaurants and commercial buildings that need it.
Can you send a certificate of insurance before the visit?
Yes. Tell us the building's requirements when you call, including any additional insureds and limits, and the certificate goes to your management company before the plumber arrives.
What should I have ready when I call?
The address and floor, the name of the building or management company if there is one, what the problem is doing and when it started, and whether water or gas is still moving. Photos help. If you know where the shutoff is, tell us that too.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes. Cards, checks and electronic payment are all accepted. The price is in writing before the work starts, so there are no surprises on the invoice.
